WINNING GLORY 30TH APRIL,2015

We all know that participating in a COMPETITION is the first step, and of course "winning" adds the crowing glory for participation.

SARTAJ, JASKIRAT SINGH SOHAL AND HEER ALL FROM 6th C 
participated in Inter-School Pantomime competition held at Cambridge Foundation School, Rajouri Garden and bagged the FIRST PRIZE out of the 33 total  teams .

Debate is one of the academic activities that gives students creative room to express what they feel. The length and breadth of knowledge that they gain through this is simply unparalleled.





























 The Inter house Debate competition for the seniors was held on 24th April,2015.
Speaking for and against the motion respectively on a very contemporary & appropriate topic :
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT LEADS TO UPLIFTMENT OF SOCIETY -- all the four teams exhibited great oratorical skills .
The competition was adjudged by the school Principal Mrs Reema Punj & Headmistress Ms H.Kaur

BAISAKHI CULTURAL EVENING - 18th APRIL, 2015



A picturesque pageant of unbridled charm unfolded on the GURU NANAK PUBLIC SCHOOL, play-ground on the occasion of the Baisakhi Cultural Evening – 2015.The programme commenced with Shabad recital ‘Teri Aarti’ followed by a floral welcome to the Chief Guest-  S.Tejinder Singh Luthra ( IPS ) & Guest of Honour Brig Mohanjit Singh Syali by the school Chairman S.Gurinder Pal Singh and Manager , S.Kuldeep Singh Lyallpuri. They also extended a warm welcome to the special guests of the day S.Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Gen Sec.DSGPC. and Mrs Satvinder Kaur Sirsa Councillor, Punjabi Bagh & all the dignitaries present on the day . Honourable members of the management committee from Punjabi Bagh and Pitam Pura branches of the school  also graced the occasion with their presence . School Principal Mrs Reema Punj presented the annual report showcasing the special achievements in academics & extra- curricular activities. Academic Excellence Awards were presented to meritorious students. Ebullient young dancers enraptured the audience with their vibrant performance in VIGAAS – an amalgamation of folk dances from Punjab, celebrating the rise of the spirit of Khalsa. The chief guest appreciated the tremendous efforts of the students in making the evening a complete success .Guests, parents and students had also the opportunity to sample the wide array of gastronomical delights and the host of fun-filled games stalls. The school manager profusely thanked the guests for their presence which added charm to the evening and made it successful. The programme concluded with Lucky-draw amongst jubilation.
